Affidavit signed by Revere and Foster Cruft, stating that Abigail Harris of Boston is the widow of John Lillie and Samuel Harris. Followed by a notary's statement by Samuel Cooper. A note on the verso shows it was recorded in Saint John's, Newfoundland, on 11 October.
