Clippings (1905-1946) and a few printed programs, proceedings, menus, and other items (1892-1941) related to this railway postal clerks' organization, its women's auxiliary, its relief or beneficial association, and United States Railway Mail Service routes originating in St. Paul. Many of the clippings appear to have come from its journal, The Railway Post Office. They include information on meetings, elections, picnics, card games, and other RMA events; on marriages, deaths, and retirements; and on accidents and working conditions. Many are illustrated with photographs.

Fuller was born in Mass. on Aug. 13, 1787. He moved to N.Y. (State) where he served as a member of the N.Y. Assembly and Senate. In 1837 he moved to Adrian (Mich.), where he served as a Representative from Lenawee County and Speaker of the House, 1841. Fuller also served as Assist. Postmaster under Pres. Harrison.
