Demeritt, Apr. 27, 1921, in the case, Eugene and Georges Leroy vs. The Oakland Waterfront Company and the Pacific Improvement Company, involving said land, with copies of related maps; photocopies of two documents in the case, etc. The land was part of the original Peralta grant.
