[Letter] 1810 October 18, Vincennes, [to] Lieut. Col. D[aniel] Bissell.

Harrison reports that he is sending Capt. Cross to join his company at Bissell's camp on the Mississippi. Troops at Vincennes will probably be marching to the Indian towns on the Wabash River in a few days.
