Chester H. Rowell (1867-1948) was a prominent member of the Republican party in California. He was the chairman of the California Republican State Convention (1910), a member of the Republican National Campaign Committee (1916), chairman of the Republican State Committee (1916-18) and a delegate to the Republican National Convention (1928 and 1936).
