Robert W. Hodgson Papers, 1918-1966

Robert Willard Hodgson (1893-1966) developed the College of Agriculture at the Southern branch of the University of California and became professor of subtropical horticulture (1935). He was named assistant dean of the College of Agriculture and assistant director of the Agriculture Experiment Station (1943), and became dean of the college in 1952. The collection consists of manuscripts, correspondence, scrapbooks, notebooks, class notes, teaching materials, memoranda, clippings, reports, and memorabilia of Robert Hodgson.
