William Edward Brandon (1914- ) was a visiting professor at the University of Massachusetts (1966-67), California State University, Los Angeles (1970-71), and California State University, Long Beach (1970-71, 1974-75). He wrote short stories, screenplays and books including (1943), (1955), (1961), (1971), and (1971). The collection consists of literary manuscripts, correspondence, periodicals containing material by Brandon, and ephemera.
