Biography Sidney Carroll graduated from Harvard University in 1934. In 1940, he married singer June Carroll to whom he would remain married for the remainder of his life. He began his career writing for motion pictures and television in 1949. In addition to writing for such television shows as Omnibus and The Du Pont Show of the Week, Carroll was known for his dramatic television specials including The Louvre, The Forbidden City, Eisenhower, ...
