Sylvia R. Pezoldt Papers, ca. 1916-1965

Sylvia Ruby Pezoldt (1895-1963) was a journalist, poet, and author of short stories, and non-fiction. She also conducted writing courses and was a member of the National League of American Pen Women. The collection consists of Pezoldt's manuscripts, correspondence, photographs, journals, scrapbooks, clippings, and a travel diary (1952-53). The collection also contains copies of her magazine articles and columns, published poems, personal publicity information, materials relating to writing guidelines and children's magazines, and publications of the National League of American Pen Women (1957-64).
