Paul Alexander Bartlett (1909- ) was born in Moberly, Missouri, and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. He was an instructor in creative writing at Georgia State College (1955) and editor of publications at the University of California Santa Barbara (1964-70). Bartlett contributed short stories and poetry to magazines and anthologies. His published books include: , and .
