The Tobacco Free Project (TFP) is funded by revenues generated by Proposition 99. It was funded in 1991 and is run by the San Francisco Department of Public Health. The TFP provides tobacco prevention and cessation services and actively promotes a tobacco free environment. The primary target populations of the TFP are parents of young children, out-of-school youth, and minorities.
