Handwritten notes, meeting agendas, meeting announcements, speakers lists, newsletters, a photograph and mailing lists documenting activities of First Tuesday, 1976-1985. First Tuesday was an informal meeting group of gays and lesbians that met to share general information "about their current activities and upcoming events and shared concerns." First Tuesday meetings also served as fundraisers, or to provide a forum for dealing with an immediate issue affecting the Los Angeles gay and lesbian community.
