This conversation among Dr. Peter Mansell, Dr. Earl Shelp and Sue Cooper begins with Dr. Shelp recalling the origins of his involvement with Dr. Mansell’s AIDS research. The three pioneers discuss their partnership with faith communities for strategies to change the general population’s perception of AIDS patients. Providing personal insight to Dr. Mansell’s research efforts, this conversation complements his previous interview and reveals a compassionate perspective of the AIDS epidemic and those affected.
