Lloyd C. Miller was born in Fremont, Michigan in 1916. His family moved to Tulia, Texas when he was six-weeks old. Lloyd graduated from Tulia High School in 1934. He received a B.S. Degree in Agriculture at Texas Technological College in 1938 and went on to get his Masters Degree from the University of Nebraska in 1940. He married Katherine Mebus in 1941. Lloyd was employed by the Farm Security Administration as an assistant Farm Manager at Ropesville, Texas during 1941-1942. In 194...
