The Brazos River Authority develops and distributes water supplies, provides water and wastewater treatment, monitors water quality, and pursues water conservation through public education programs for the longest river in the state of Texas. Records of the authority, 1956-1957, 1993-2007, are largely minutes of the board of directors and committees (1993-2007) that document the work accomplished at their meetings, and a small amount of press releases (1956-1957).
