The Texas Public Building Authority was created to provide financing (revenue and/or general obligation bonds and other revenue obligations) for the construction, acquisition, renovation, or repair of facilities for State agencies. These records help document those functions. Records include minutes and meeting files, agenda, correspondence, memorandums of understanding, notes, reports, legislative records, press releases, journal articles, and newspaper clippings from the Texas Public Building Authority, 1978-1987.
