George Herman Wise (1908 - ) was a William Neal Reynolds Professor of Nutritional Biochemistry at North Carolina State University. Wise received his bachelor's degree from Clemson College in 1930. He then received a master's degree (1932) and Ph.D. (1936) from the University of Minnesota. He began his career at N.C.
