The V.M. Slipher Collection contains the publications, papers, and correspondence of one of Lowell Observatory's longest-tenured astronomers. In addition to Slipher's published papers and letters, the collection includes his research notes on spiral nebulae (galaxies), stars, the Sun, Moon, planets, comets, and aurorae.
