Charles Gobrecht Darrach worked as a civil engineer in Philadelphia. From the guide to the Topography of the earth, 1914, 1914, (American Philosophical Society) Charles Gobrecht Darrach, one of six children of William and Christiana (Gobrecht) Darrach, was born in Philadelphia in 1846.
