Robert W. Corrigan was born on September 23, 1927. He received his B.A. degree from Cornell University in 1950, his M.A. degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1952 and his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in 1955. His academic career spanned over 40 years. He was an instructor and professor of drama, theatre, classics, performing arts and dramatic literature at over 10 colleges and universities, including John Hopkins University, the University of Minnesota, Tulane University and the Uni...
