Part 2, editor Gardner Cowles presents Look Magazine motion picture awards to Hal Wallis and Shirley Booth. Part 3, Russian troops march into West Berlin (British Zone) to lay wreaths on the Soviet War Memorial at the Brandenburg Gate.
