Clark inspect French defenses in Korea. Gen. Van Fleet debarks in San Francisco from the President Jackson; is greeted by Gen. Swing; rides in a motorcade; and lauds South Korean troops. Part 2, editor Gardner Cowles presents Look Magazine motion picture awards to Hal Wallis and Shirley Booth. Part 3, Russian troops march into West Berlin (British Zone) to lay wreaths on the Soviet War Memorial at the Brandenburg Gate. Part 4, delegates Gladwin Jebb, Lodge, and Vichinsky take their seats as the UN reconvenes. Lodge assails Russian aggression in Korea.
