Part 4, a cat and rat cooperate during psychology experiments at Tulane University. Part 5, buildings for a hydrogen-bomb plant in Ellenton, S.C., are erected. Part 6 shows UN artillery and machine gun fire in Korea, Gen. Ridgway, Mao Tse-tung, Under-Sec. of Defense Lovett speaking, and Gen. Van Fleet touring Korean front lines.

General Matthew Bunker Ridgway (March 3, 1895 – July 26, 1993) was a senior officer in the United States Army, who served as Supreme Allied Commander Europe (1952–1953) and the 19th Chief of Staff of the United States Army (1953–1955).
