Part 1, shows the UN in session, rubble in Korea, and the dedication by Gen. Clay of the Freedom Bell in West Berlin. Part 2, President Truman greets Russian delegates Vichinsky and Malik at the UN; the President then addresses the General Assembly urging disarmament. Part 3 shows long-distance views of atomic explosions on Eniwetok; scientists examine rubble on the island.Part 4, UN infantry and tank units approach and then enter Pyongyang, Korea, as crowds cheer. North Korean POW's are marched to the rear. U.S. paratroops are dropped; Gen. MacArthur observes the operation. British tanks and infantry advance and join forces with the U.S. units.

Lucius DuBignon Clay (1897-1978) was born in Marietta, Georgia, the son of U.S. Senator Alexander Stephen and Sarah (Francis) Clay.
