Part 2, customs officers board the Polish liner Batory in N.Y. harbor and search her for atomic or bacteriological weapons. Labor leader Harry Bridges enters the Federal courthouse in San Francisco, California. Part 3, a U.S. motorized column advances through a burning Korean village. Infantry supported by tank and artillery fire, advance. Gen. MacArthur deplanes in Korea and is greeted by Gen. Walkera. U.S. planes strafe a North Korean motor convoy. P-51 planes are unloaded in Japan from the carrier Boxer. British troops, bound for Singapore, embark in England. W.A. Harriman enplanes in Tacoma, Washington, for a Tokyo conference with Gen. MacArthur.
