Part 1, Justice Jackson swears in E.R. Stettinius as Sec. of State as Gen. Marshall looks on. Part 2, Gen. Marshall poses with Harry M. Warner and Irving Berlin. Part 3, captured German film shows the German Gen. Staff studying maps, Heinrich Himmler posing, the ruins of the room in Berchtesgaden where someone attempted to kill Hitler, Hitler shaking hands with Mussolini as the latter detrains, Nazi artillery, fortifications, 6-motored transport planes, and new type bazookas and rocket guns. Films on the Russian front shows Germans retreating and German prisoners of war being marched to the rear. A flashback shows German soldiers goose-stepping on parade. Part 4, football: Army vs. Navy.
