King addresses midshipmen at graduation ceremonies at the Naval Academy. Part 4 shows Russian troops and tanks advancing. Stalin reviews Russian armed forces in Red Square in Moscow. Flashbacks show German POW's and German dead- Russian civilians dig fortifications; mounted Russian guerilla prepare for battle. Part 5 shows battle scene as the Germans capture Tobruk. Flashbacks show Gen. Wavell and Italian POW's after the British capture of Tobruk. Shows British trucks and tanks moving along a road. Part 6 shows Japanese cruisers being hit by bombs at Midway. Part 7, scrap rubber is collected. War Production Board (WPB) head nelson speaks.
