Part 1, Capt. Eddie Rickenbacker and two others receive the Distinguished Service Cross. Rickenbacker gives a flying exhibition. Part 2, a German plane shoots down an observation balloon. The plane is shot down and the pilot captured. U.S. troops capture a French road after a severe skirmish. Religious services are held around a tank. French refugees return to their homes. Part 3 shows a victory parade in Paris. Pres. Wilson and Gen. Pershing arrive.
