VG 21) HA MS MR HOLDEN, Pres of the Shipyard escorting CAROLINE, JOHN and MRS JOHN F KENNEDY up to the launch platform, civilian official has hold of the champagne bottle decorated with red, white and blue ribbons; CAROLINE KENNEDY seems very shy, she comes around the FG, bottle is handed to the Pres of the Shipyard, MR HOLDEN who hands the bottle to CAROLINE, she is instructed on how to hit the bow of the JFK; CAROLINE turns around and faces the camera, MRS JOHN F KENNEDY and JOHN approach closer from the BG. VG 22) HA MCU MR DONALD A HOLDEN, Pres of the Shipyard standing next to the bow of the ship; CAROLINE KENNEDY with the champagne bottle in her hand, MRS KENNEDY and LITTLE JOHN stand in the BG; ADM MOORER smiling as he is seen seated in the L BG. VG 23) MCU CAROLINE KENNEDY, her back to the camera, she will swing left handed; Pres of the Shipyard standing by the extreme bow of the ship; CAROLINE smacks the bow with the champagne bottle, nothing happens, she hits the champagne bottle against the bow, it cracks open; everyone applauding, CAROLINE has her dress and her face wiped by MR HOLDEN; MRS KENNEDY is applauding, walks up to CAROLINE; the bow of the ship slips out of the scene to the R.
