DOOLITTLE, seated at the wardroom table speaking into the three microphones; USAF COL seated off to the L, other "Raiders" seen to the R; MAJ GEN standing behind LTGEN DOOLITTLE in his AF uniform, AF Officer standing in R BG behind the "Raiders" in civilian clothing; overturned coffee cups on saucers seen in FG; taken place during Press Conference aboard USS ORISKANY (CVA-34), commemorating their 25th anniversary of the great surprise raid on Japan; GEN completes his remarks, turns the microphone over to the "Raider" off to his L, in civilian clothing; PAN to the L showing LTGEN DOOLITTLE, three other "Raiders" seated to the R, two "Raiders" standing behind the one seated at the wardroom table; zoom in for CU of the "Raider" completing his remarks, the microphones are then pushed down the table to the second "Raider" from the end, who is in civilian clothing as he folds his hands on table , commences to give his remarks, other "Raider" seen seated to the R; zoom in for CU to the face of the "Raider" giving his remarks for the Press Conference (soft on ECU); zoom back away from the "Raider" as he completes his remarks, microphones are pulled back to the front of LT GEN DOOLITTLE; "Raiders" arise from the wardroom table upon completion of the Press Conference, moving pass the camera obscuring the general view of the men. 2) ECU The bronze plaque that was unveiled earlier during the Press Conference, plaque was a presentation to the "Raiders," plaque will be kept at NAS Alameda, Calif., shows a side view and bas relief of LTGEN DOOLITTLE at top L, square blocks below, shows the various crews of the a/c that left the USS HORNET on the fateful day in April 1942, making a surprise raid over Japan, a/c all landing in China except one that landed in Russia, crew was interned; zoom in for ECU of the small square section giving information on "Take-Off No. 1-Bail out, China , LT COL JAMES H. DOOLITTLE, LT RICHARD E. COLE, LT HENRY A. POTTER, SGT FRED A. BRAEMER, SGT PAUL J. LEONARD"; PAN up to the bas relief R side view of LTGEN J.
