Kenneth E. Belieu was a United States (U.S.) Army officer. He was a decorated World War II (WWII) and Korean War veteran who lost his left leg below the knee as a result of wounds received in combat. Following recuperation, he served as Executive Officer to two Secretaries of the Army before retirement as a colonel in 1955. Elton Watters Grenfell was born November 6, 1903, in Fall River, Massachusetts.
