Andrew Pick O'Meara (b. March 23, 1907, West Bend, Wis.-d. Sept. 20, 2005, Arlington, Va.), General in the U.S. Army, graduated from West Point in 1930. Early in his military career he was in the horse artillery, an instructor at the Military Academy, and may have written the first field manual on tank gunnery.
