Ira Kapenstein (1936-1971), journalist, was a reporter, political writer, city desk assistant, and Washington correspondent for the Milwaukee Journal from 1956 to 1963, and from 1963 to 1968, worked as Special Assistant to the Postmaster General for Public Information.
