Wayne Clayton Grover (September 14, 1906 – June 8, 1970) was the third Archivist of the United States. Grover was born on September 14, 1906, in Garland, UT. Harold Verne Hough (b. Jan. 31, 1887, Mulvane, Kan.-d. Jan. 4, 1967, Fort Worth, Tex.) made the Run of '89 with his parents and came to Oklahoma City at the age of five. He moved to Fort Worth in 1916 and was known as the "hired hand" radio announcer of station WBAT, owned by The Oklahoma Publishing Company.
