This series contains records of abstracts or summaries of evidence gathered during grand jury testimony, in Watergate Special Prosecution Force (WSPF) office interviews, and from the diaries of Herbert Kalmbach and John Connally. Each record contains an abstract of testimony from one witness or documentary evidence relating to one event or incident. Each abstract includes the name of the person making the statement, a summary of the statement, the forum, the exact citation to the full statement, a summary of the statement, any comments from the WSPF staff, names of all persons mentioned, date of event, and general subject areas of the statement.

John Bowden Connally Jr. (February 27, 1917 – June 15, 1993) was an American politician. He served as the 39th Governor of Texas and as the 61st United States Secretary of the Treasury.
