John Fitzgerald Kennedy was born on May 29, 1917, to Joseph P. Kennedy and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy of Brookline, Massachusetts. Jim Garrison (1921-1992) was born Earling Carothers Garrison. He was elected District Attorney of Orleans Parish, Louisiana, in 1961. Garrison investigated the assassination of President John F.
