Military Film Report: On OSS activities in Burma area during World War II. A C-47 with agents aboard lands in India and later departs to go behind Japanese lines in Burma. Aerial views of Burmese mountain terrain and drops of supplies and men. Shows OSS personnel who train natives, maintain small landing strips and conduct reconnaissance. Scenes of Gen. William J. Donovan's arrival by light plane; interrogation of captured Japanese prisoners; snapshots of men killed in action, and a patrol going out on a reconnaissance mission.

William Joseph "Wild Bill" Donovan (January 1, 1883 – February 8, 1959) was an American soldier, lawyer, intelligence officer and diplomat, best known for serving as the head of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the precursor to the Central Intelligence Agency, during World War II. He is regarded as the founding father of the CIA, and a statue of him stands in the lobby of the CIA headquarters building in Langley, Virginia.
