Part 3, Sec. of State Stettinius and Nelson Aldrich Rockefeller attend the Inter-American Conference at Mexico City. Part 4, U.S. troops penetrate the Siegfried line in northern France and take prisoners. Reel 2, the 5th Marine Div. lands on Iwo Jima and advances across the island behind naval and aerial bombardment.
