Reel 1 shows Army vehicles entering and leaving LST's, naval guns bombarding a beach, enemy planes attacking allied warships, and stacks of war materiel on a beachhead. Part 2, U.S. fighter pilots are briefed, take off in their planes, engage enemy planes, and return to their base. Machine gun cameras are removed from a plane. Reel 2, Part 1, soldiers attend religious services on a Pacific Island. Part 2 shows allied planes strafing enemy trains. Workers assemble and test railway cars and engines. A truck, fitted with railway wheels, hauls supplies to construction crews. Part 3 shows Gen. MacArthur. Officers study a map, guns are loaded, airborne troops don their boots and parachutes, board trucks enplane, and jump.

General of the Army Douglas MacArthur (26 January 1880 – 5 April 1964) was an American five-star general and Field Marshal of the Philippine Army. He was Chief of Staff of the United States Army during the 1930s and played a prominent role in the Pacific theater during World War II. He received the Medal of Honor for his service in the Philippines campaign, which made him and his father Arthur MacArthur Jr. the first father and son to be awarded the medal.
