Planes drop supplies to Chetniks in Yugoslavia. Shows brief peacetime scenes in Norway. Poland, Greece, and especially, Czechoslovakia. Chinese troops are shown and Russian troops parade in Red Square. Shows mining, lumbering. ammunition production, and the firing of various types of artillery.
