The caterpillar pushing mounds of rubble. To the right a man with control box. CUs, caterpillar pushing rubble. CU, civilian workman holds the control box, presses two of the levers. MLS, tractor as it pushes rock and dirt. Addt'l scenes of the tractor in operation. One shot shows it pushing down part of brick wall. (The tractor is being demonstrated for the workers of the ABC Demolition Co. of Virginia.) ---- An experimental helicopter of the twin-turbo type lands on field. Another copter of the same type hovers over the ground. CU, copter showing T-58 and the name Vertol. Cut-in shots, different sections and equipment on the copter. Int, showing the engines inside copter. Sign: "Army YH-21D" equipped with two 58 turbines, etc. It describes the new aircraft and the advantages over the H-21C. Gen. Maxwell D. Taylor, Chief of Staff, and Sec. of Army Wilber M. Brucker are briefed on the new aircraft. NOTE: Black positive handling scratch on the right hand side of the briefing sequence.

Maxwell Davenport Taylor (August 26, 1901 – April 19, 1987) was a senior United States Army officer and diplomat of the mid-20th century.[1] He served with distinction in World War II, most notably as commander of the 101st Airborne Division, nicknamed "The Screaming Eagles."
