Truck arrives at Haneda Airport where a handler (Sgt) takes the most decorated dog "York" out of his box. The handler takes the dog to the passenger terminal where he picks up his papers. Out on the airstrip Japanese spectators watch dog and his handler. A Japanese woman in kimona pets the dog. CU, award for distinguished service made to the dog by Maj. Gen. Samuel T. Williams. The handler a Sgt. curries the dog. The dog is fed. The dog and the handler go aboard plane. -- A Judo exhibition of Gen. L. L. Lemnitzer and other distinguished American guests. The exhibition is in the garden at the Geihin-Kan, Shiba, and host is Yasujiro Tsutami, Member of the Diet. He appears briefly in the film.

Lyman Louis Lemnitzer (August 29, 1899 – November 12, 1988) was born in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.
