Truck convoy arrives at City Hall with gifts of clothing donated by officers and men of Camp Roberts, California. Int, Gen Taylor makes presentation of a gift to Mayor of Seoul. A little girl, two or three years old, is placed on a table, starts singing, waving her arms back and forth. A group of little girls also singing for Gen Taylor. Another group of slightly older children, both boys and girls, sing. A bale of clothing is opened and Gen Taylor presents a garment to the Mayor. Everyone applauds, and the children sing. Mediocre.

Maxwell Davenport Taylor (August 26, 1901 – April 19, 1987) was a senior United States Army officer and diplomat of the mid-20th century.[1] He served with distinction in World War II, most notably as commander of the 101st Airborne Division, nicknamed "The Screaming Eagles." After the war, he served as the fifth Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, having been appointed by President John F. Kennedy.
