At a ceremony in front of the Capitol, Gen Taylor, on behalf of the United States, presents a shipment of 10 truckloads of rice, and C-rations to Mayor Kim for the Korean people. Also on hand for the ceremony: Ellis O. Briggs, American Ambassador, and two identified American Generals. -- A three-man mine detection team sweeps in area at route 3C at the Han Tan River for mines. A mine is dug up and pulled out. (Shot during dull weather.)
