Amb. Dulles speaks at a joint luncheon meeting of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the Union Club. Seated at the main table are, among others: Gen. Matthew Ridgway, Sterling W. Fisher, Pres., American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, Mr. Aiichiro Fujiyama, Pres., Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and Premier Shigeru Yoshida. Notice that speech is about the "Cooperation of Sovereign Equals". Copy of speech with captions. Dulles does not deliver his speech exactly as prepared in the advance press notice, but is virtually the same.
