Charles Augustus Doyen (b. Sept. 3, 1859, Concord, N.H.-d. Oct. 6, 1918, Quantico, Va.), U.S. Marine Corps general, organized and commanded the 5th Regiment in World War I, and in France took command of the 4th Brigade, 2nd Division. In 1917 he became commanding general, 2nd Division, the first Marine officer to command an Army division.
