Ira Allen Haynes (b. Sept. 10, 1859, Kentucky-d. Feb. 25, 1955), Brigadier General in the U.S. Army, graduated from the U.S. Military Academy in 1883. After serving as commandant at the Coast Artillery School, he was appointed commander of the 64th Field Artillery Brigade and served in France in 1918 and 1919.
