Reel 2, the Pacific fleet lies in Manila Bay. Gov. Gen. Stimson and Gen. MacArthur review a military parade. The 23rd Wagon Co. (Philippine Scouts) loads mules into boxcars; 45th Inf. (P.S.) troops detrain. The 45th Inf., 24th F.A., and 26th Cavalry make a forced march. The 45th and 57th Infs. (P.S.) parade at Camp John Hay in 1929.
