Part 2 shows Russian tanks and maps the German advance into Russia. Russian soldiers march in review, Russian POW's huddle in a Finnish camp, their equipment bogs down in snow during the Russian-Finnish war, and Russian motorized units move through Moscow's Red Square. Shows Russian planes and airborne troops. Winston Churchill discusses the German invasion of Russia. Adolf Hitler speaks at a Nazi rally and confers with his officers. Includes views of the Ukraine. The Finnish Min. leaves his legation in Washington, D.C. and speaks. Russian Amb. Oumansky speaks. Shows contrasting Daily Worker headlines. Flashbacks show scenes of the North American Aviation plant strike. Acting Sec, of State Welles speaks. Part 3, supplies are loaded aboard British freighters in Canada, Captains receive briefings, the convoy sails, guns are tested, British warships take over escort duties from Canadian warships, patrol planes fly overhead, and a destroyer drops depth charges.
