Anne Baxter was a 20th century stage, film, and television actress. She got her start on Broadway in the 1930s debuting in "Seen but Not Heard" (1936) at the age of 13. By 1940 she made her way to Hollywood winning an Academy Award for her supporting role as Sophie in "The Razor's Edge" (1946) and starring in many noteworthy films of the 1940s and 1950s, including Eve in "All About Eve" (1950) and Queen Nefretiri in "The Ten Commandments" (1956).
