Gordon Barker Collection 1940-1979

As a professor of sociology at the University of Colorado, Gordon H. Barker (1905-198?) specialized in criminology and juvenile delinquency. He served as consultant and advisor to many national and international youth groups. The collection contains articles, clippings, reports, printed materials and memorabilia plus 210 photographic negatives created during visits to abandoned mining camps being sketched by Muriel Sibell Wolle, CU Professor and Chair of Fine Arts.
